We accept all major insurance plans. Depending on your insurance policy, the services you receive through us may be considered “out-of-network." Because we want to make sure your entire experience is as stress-free as possible, we always suggest talking with your insurance company before receiving non-emergency medical treatments so you won’t have any surprises when it comes to the portion of payment being covered by your insurance policy.

Your insurance policy may require you to provide a co-payment. When you arrive for your appointment, we will collect this payment via check, credit card or debit card.

After your appointment, you will receive a bill. It will come from SCL Health and will provide you with a complete listing of any amount owed after your insurance company makes adjustments under your policy. Information regarding payment options will also be included.

Limited membership

We work to make sure you have the information you need when choosing a care provider. Below we have listed notable insurances where we have little membership or only operate in limited fashion. These include:

Denver, Colorado Front Range Hospitals

For the Denver, Colorado Front Range facilities, Saint Joseph Hospital, Good Samaritan Medical Center and Lutheran Medical Center, the following are networks/plans with whom we ARE NOT participating:
