Mount Saint Vincent - Pediatric Behavioral Health

Programs and Services

Mount Saint Vincent's clinical treatment programs provide individualized care to children who have experienced trauma and other common or complex behavioral health challenges. Highly trained staff work with children facing severe behavioral or emotional challenges due to:

  • Behavioral health symptoms or diagnosis

  • Witnessing or experiencing a traumatic event

  • Emotional, physical, or sexual abuse

  • Chronic neglect

As a result of trauma or other stressors, children may become aggressive or depressed, develop oppositional defiant or reactive attachment disorders, or adopt other debilitating behaviors.

Through a thorough clinical evaluation, the application of appropriate therapies, and close coordination with the child's caregivers, we help children improve their functioning and unlock their potential for success.

Mount Saint Vincent's treatment programs provide the high level of structure and predictability necessary to help children feel safe and secure. Individualized, developmentally sensitive therapies meet the child where they are emotionally, cognitively, socially, and academically. COA, the Council on Accreditation, fully accredits all programs.

Mount Saint Vincent is one of the nation's leading providers of trauma-informed services for children. Our comprehensive, end-to-end wraparound services ensure your child's success.
